Through my spiritual awakening, I have come to believe two concepts:

1. We each have a soul (“higher self”) which serves as the spiritual core of our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs, and this core drives our intuition and characterizes who we are.

2. Our soul existed before this lifetime and will continue to exist beyond it.

What is my relationship with my soul?

The best explanation I have encountered is medium Mary-Anne Kennedy’s orange analogy:

Consider your soul as being a whole orange. Who you are today is one orange slice; the other orange slices represent your soul’s other lifetimes or incarnations, and the combined life experiences contribute to your soul’s growth and evolution. Your soul (whole orange) exists concurrently with this lifetime (this orange slice) overseeing and guiding you through your intuition.

What is channeling?

Channeling is for connecting to the whole orange soul level. This is the highest level of connection: the 10th floor of a 10 story building. This involves a gathering of your higher self, spirit guides, soul family, ancestral loved ones, along with my own spiritual entourage, all working together to deliver information intended for you. During this process, I enter a trance state to connect with these spiritual beings and act as their speaker. As I lend the beings my voice, I am consciously listening along as a third party.

With channeling, the messages are not meant to be predictive but are rather intended as guidance to empower you with what is true and important. Your guides and loved ones from the soul realm bring messages of validation, healing, and advice on how to navigate your life. Regardless of what you want or hope to hear, the beings tell you what you need to hear.

What is mediumship?

Mediumship is the act of communicating with individuals who have passed away from this orange slice lifetime. I visualize a closer connection (the 5th floor) and describe information that I receive from spirit to help you identify who is connected. Once you confirm their identity, I relay their messages and give you space to ask questions. Please note that I cannot summon specific individuals - the intent is to invite those who wish to come through.

With mediumship, our deceased loved ones provide insight, clarity, advice, and closure that can heal us on multiple levels. The connection is a powerful reminder of deep universal truths, such as the immortality of our souls, and that connections of love know no boundaries.
